We roast our coffee beans every Monday and ship every Tuesday!
Orders must be received by Sunday to be included in this weeks shipment. If an order is received on Monday or later, this order will be roasted & shipped the next week. This ensures your coffee is always as fresh as possible.
How it works:
Each month we curate special coffees from around the world and choose our favorites to feature.
There are a few roasting profile plans to choose from so you get a variety every month.
* Light & Medium coffee plan will feature coffees that are roasted to either the light or medium roast level, you will never get a roast that is darker than a medium.
They will vary month to month between Single Origin and blends.
* Medium & Dark coffee plan will feature coffees that are roasted to either the medium, medium-dark and dark roast levels. You will never get a light roasted coffee. The coffees will vary month to month between Single Origin and blends.
* All Roast Types coffee plan will feature coffees that are roasted using all roast levels. Some months you'll get a light roast, other months a medium or dark roast. The coffees will vary month to month between Single Origin and blends.
* Espresso coffee plan will feature coffees that are hand blended especially for the espresso brewing method. We have carefully crafted our recipes to bring out the best flavors in these coffees. They are all complex blends with their own personalities. We roast these coffees to a medium, full city and dark roasting level.
